Description	Shows a message in the center of the screen with the given ID.

General	Console commands are not case sensitive, so a lowercase a is the same as an uppercase A. Variables are inside brackets, [ ]. These are meant to be replaced with the quantity or ID you want.
How to Open the Skyrim Command Console	To open the console by press the ~ key, which is to the right of the 1 key and below the Esc key. Type in the command and then press the Enter key.

Description: Force Weather. Will automatically change the current weather to the one specified. (May also vanish as with the sw command).

Description: Show all console commands with descriptions. Add descriptors to search for IDs. ex: help "elven armor" 0 will show ids of all items that include "elven armor" in the name. Quotation mark is a must for items with more than one word ex: "elven armor," sets the limits for the search function, 0 = no limits; 4 = Exact.
